These terms govern your use of this website. They are short because this site is a brochure: it has no accounts, no forms, no payments and nothing to sign up for. Work we do for clients is governed by a separate written agreement, not by this page.

Who operates this site

Referred to below as “we” or “us”. This information is provided in accordance with the Polish Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means and the corresponding EU requirements.

What this site is, and is not

This website describes what we do. It is published for information only.

Nothing here is an offer. No contract comes into existence by your reading this site or by emailing us. Any engagement begins only when both sides sign a written agreement setting out scope, responsibilities and fees.

Nothing here is professional advice. Descriptions of how we approach AI, governance or process design are general. They are not advice on your situation, and you should not act on them without taking advice that accounts for your own circumstances.

Content and intellectual property

The text, design, layout, images and marks on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You are welcome to read, link to, quote briefly with attribution, and print pages for your own use.

You may not republish substantial parts of this site as your own, present our material as though it came from someone else, or use our name or marks in a way that suggests a relationship or endorsement that does not exist.

Accuracy and availability

We write this site carefully and keep it current, but we do not warrant that everything on it is complete, accurate or up to date at the moment you read it. Content may change without notice.

The site is provided as it stands. We do not promise it will always be available or uninterrupted, though it is a static site on established hosting and interruptions should be rare.

Links to other sites

Where we link elsewhere, we do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, their accuracy or how they handle your data. A link is not an endorsement. Their terms and privacy notices apply once you leave here.

To the extent Polish law permits, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website — including indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or loss arising from the site being unavailable.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes fall to the courts having jurisdiction over our registered address, except where mandatory consumer-protection rules give you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.

If these terms change, the revised version appears on this page with a new date below. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
